Host: Mandriva 2007, Guest: Windows 2000 I installed an USB IR Adapter (dongle), KC Technologies IRExpress (KC180), with the same driver I have sucessfully tested in a real w2k machine. When the dongle is plugged to the USB port, the w2k virtual machine recognize it as expected, but when I try to connect to an IR device like a Nokia cell phone 6100 or a HP Jornada 540 Pocket PC, nothing happens. The connection is not working. Other devices like USB pen drive or external USB Hard Drive works with VM without problems (only USB 1.1 unfortunately). The dongle is working under the host Mandriva too. I tryed to unload the modules irda-usb, ir-usb and irda (mandriva loads them automatically) but no difference with VM. Any suggestions?
