Hi There, I am using an Alladin HL USB Hasp device, and I have installed the Windows driver, but when I insert the device, I get the following error message: USB device you are trying to connect to the virtual machine is being used by another process. Wait 5-10 seconds, then try to connect the device again. If this does not help, find that application that blocked up the device and disconnect it manually. I know that your engineers have been striving to get these Hasps working, so I thought that one of your developers might be able to troubleshoot this with me. I ran Alladin's installer (Sudo ./dinst) early on before I knew that you didn't have USB support at that time. Anyway, is that what is locking it up? Do they have any idea how to unistall it, or might their email to Alladin about that get a response quicker than mine (as you guys are working with Alladin to get this working)? Is there any other way around this that they have found? If there is a beta driver kicking around, even if it is very unstable, I would be happy to run it and beta test it for you. I am really desperate to get this working. I have pre-purchased the product on faith, and because I feel you guys deserve some advance support for the fantastic work going on at Parallels. If you could get this question to the right person on the team, I would really be even more happy to give my time as a tester toward getting this particular feature working! Cheers, and great job on getting Beta 5 out! Thomas
