Please add the option in your virtual bios to boot a usb flash drive! And no, I don't want to add it as a virtual SATA drive. I tried installing windows using WinPE on a flash drive attached as the 2nd SATA drive instead of using a cd-rom. Windows setup thought the ufd was the boot HD and installed the boot files on it and not on the virtual HD. I had to hack the resulting OS to get it to work without the ufd, and it messed up the WinPE on the ufd. ugh! I understand your competitors can do this already, and it seems so simple to do!
