Hi! Ever since we upgraded our operating system from 10.4.9 to 10.4.11 on the Mac and installed the Parallels Desktop update from v5160 to v5608, we are experiencing the following error: "You are trying to connect USB HID device to the virtual machine. The device connected to the virtual machine will be inaccessible in Mac OS X until it is disconnected from the virtual machine or until the virtual machine is stopped or suspended. If you connect your primary keyboard or mouse to the virtual machine, it will be impossible to use them in Mac OS X. Do you want to connect this USB HID device to the virtual machine?" If I click on YES, everything freezes. If i click on NO, the error just repeats itself. The only option we had was to disable the USB device status in Parallels altogether. We also tried playing around with the USB Connection Options (Ask me what to do, Connect to Mac OS X and Connect to Guess OS), but no matter which one we would select and reboot, we would still get the same error. Anyone know what happened and why or how this all started?!? Thanks!
It doesn't freeze , you passing mouse or keyboard to Virtual Machine as I can guess. Connect second mouse and uncheck keyboard and/or mouse in menu Device -USB
