I am wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a Canon IP4000 printer to be recognized as a Plug & Play printer in Windows XP Pro SP2?

I am running RC-1 and I am not having any luck.

    If I can't print I can't use Parallels :(

i've got the same problem with a Brother laser printer - can't get the drivers to load properly. I'm afraid it's the ongoing USB problem

  3. RC2 NEEDS better USB Support!

    Hi

USB Support seems to have a lot of engineering potential ;-)

I tried to install my HP Laserjet 3330 Model through USB and can't get it to work (see this thread: http://forum.parallels.com/thread1983.html )

To me, judging from the messages in the forum, it's the VM that needs improvement. It's not an
OS (I'm using Windows 2000) issue, IMHO.

    Parallels, go for it!

    take care
