Perhaps another "me too" post, but since upgrading from Beta 2 to Beta 3 (and installing all the new "tools"), I'm unable to get any of my thumbdrives to work with Beta 3. I've got 4 different drives, each used for permanently storing backups of critical files (e.g. my Quicken data files). No matter which of these drives I plug into my Mac Pro (either front USB port), I get an error message saying that these drives are unreadable. They show up in the USB pulldown for Parallels and in the task bar for Win XP, but whenever I attempt to write to them, I'm told they're unavailable. I have never had this problem with any version of parallels up to now. I suspect the problem is with the move to USB 2.0 in this latest beta. All drives are USB 2 compatible. This is a killer for me since I feel completely exposed without being able to back up to another medium. FYI, these are San Disk Cruzers, Lexars, and Memorex thumb drives ranging from 256MB to 2 GB.
