Hi, I have been using Parallels 9 without any problem, until last week where there was an automatic prompt saying there is an update, which I click yes to install, since then here are the probelms. - Even the all external drives and USB drives were mounted to OSX, I was still able to access it in Parallels Win 7 Desktop - I was able to print document via my office's network printer, now I can no longer see the network listed - I was able to do copy and paste between OSX and Win 7, again no longer able to do so Here is my configuration - Macbook Air 2012 - OSX 10.8.5 - Parallels Desktop 9.0.23136 - Win 7 Many thanks for your help and assistance.
