Uploading via FTP

    hello,

    I have created a client in Parallels Plesk Panel 9.3.0 but he cannot Upload via FTP.
    he's receiving the following message:
    how can fix this please?

    thank you. (he's loging in via a FTP account created by him - the same username and password as the control panel)
