Upgrading to Desktop 4 AND To 10.6

    I am currently running Mac OS 10.4 and Desktop 3.0. My question is what order should I upgrade to both OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and Desktop 4.0? Does it matter?

    It is better to upgrade the Parallels Desktop first (Warning! make sure that Virtual Machines are shutted down, not suspended) and then Mac OS X. Although I think it should not be very critical.

    PS: Make sure that version of Parallels Desktop is the latest. So far it is 3846.

    how come parallels is telling me that I have the latest version installed when a newer version was released today?
