Upgrading from Parallels 4?

    I'm wanting to upgrade from Parallels 4, however would doing a fresh install be better?
    If I were to purchase the full Parallels 5.0, uninstall Parallels 4.0 and then install Parallels 5.0 and just open my VMs with it, would that be better?
