I am trying to upgrade my PHP version used on my Windows Plesk 8.1 server to fix some PCI compliance issues. Most of my issues are related to older PHP versions. I have followed the steps to upgrade the PHP version to 5.2.13 for all of the websites, but I am still having issues with the version used for the Control Panel on port 8443. I see that in IIS, the PHP IASPI points to C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\php5isapi.dll.

How do I upgrade the admin control panel to use the latest version of PHP. I have tried pointing the IASPI to the latest php version at C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5 which is version 5.2.13, but I get a memory access error.

It's strongly recommend to not to do anything with admin's PHP! Plesk code is very strongly depends on admin's PHP version and if you try to update it - 90% that Plesk will be completely broken.
