Upgraded to Version 11.1.1 (32312) - can't enter coherence / black screen

Here we go again! Another Parallels update, another problem. Since updating to
Version 11.1.1 (32312), enter coherence is grayed out and My Windows 10 screen is pure black.
Help.

 

Hi Dannis, please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer to this article.
