I upgraded PD8 to PD9 yesterday with Windows 8.1 already installed. After the installation, I cannot use the start button while in coherence mode or try to use it. If I hover my mouse near the start button, Parallels will crash. Note: This does not happen if I do not have coherence mode installed or if I install the Windows 7 look. Unfortunately, I do not want to use either of those. I have attempted the following: 1. Reinstalling Parallels Tools. 2. Uninstalling Parallels Tools and then reinstalling. 3. Reinstalling Parallels Desktop 9. 4. Toggling on and off retina mode Does anyone have any recommendations on what else could be tried? Thanks in advance!
