I bought the upgrade for Parallels 4. Before, I had Parallels 3. Then I entered the Activation Key of the Paralleles 4.0 which was accepted. Then it prompted me to enter the Activation Key of the previous version of Parallels I owned, which is also correct. The thing is when I enter the 3.0 Cd key, I get this error message : ''Please provide your key for the previous version of the product. The key is usually printed on the CD sleeve or sent to you by e-mail. Note that the language versions of both the upgrade and the previous version keys should be the same.'' The ''Note that the language versions of both the upgrade and the previous version keys should be the same.'' is what I think is the problem because my parallels 3.0 was in French and I think that the 4.0 I bought is in English.
