Upgrade parallels desktop for mac from old version to latest

Hi,

I have a very old version of parallels 3.0 which I am planning to upgrade. Unfortunately my old license key does not seem to be valid as I am getting a message stating wrong license key format. Could you help in upgrade? Also, is there any discounted price for upgrade?
