Upgrade Key to Desktop 11

Recently, downloaded Desktop 11 and upgraded from 10. The key which I thought had the subscription attached will not work to activate ver. 11. I was to understand that if I had a present subscription there would be no cost of upgrade to 11. had to use the option of "Trial Version" in hope of sorting this out. Look forward to a post from support....Thanks.

 

Hi, we have one key for one version, for example you cannot use the license for Parallels Desktop 10 in the 11 version. We've checked you account sent you your Parallels Desktop 11 license in private message, please check it and provide us with the results. Also it will be great if you can send us a screenshot of the issue.
