Upgrade from PD 3 to PD4; E-mail Support

    Despite filling out all required and optional information requests, e-mail support refused to forward my question (asking me to complete all required info). So I'll try here:
    If I upgrade from PD3 to PD4 will I have to reinstall Windows XP and other applications I have currently installed (e.g., Quicken, Word, etc., etc.)?

    You will not have to reinstall Windows XP or other applications you have currently installed. Virtual Machine will be upgraded when you start it first time after you install Parallels Desktop 4.0. At the beginning of this conversion process you will be asked if you want to back up your VM. We recommend to back up your Virtual Machine.
