Updated account email but Cleverbridge emails still go to old address

    I have a Parallels Desktop for Mac Subscription and recently updated my email address associated with my Parallels account. But subscription emails are still going to the old address, apparently managed with Cleverbridge. Is there a way I can update this myself, or will I need to contact Parallels customer support?
