Update Failure/Parallels 6

    Hi Folks, I have 6 loaded on my MacBook with Windows 7 working fine.

    I cannot download and install the latest update...error message is "One or more files necessary to update the software are missing"

    Any ideas?

    Same here, trying to update to 12160 build but I get the same error
    One or more files necessary to update the software are missing
    Old thread same problem
