Unstable internet when connecting from iOS device

Hi...i get constant Unstable Internet messages when connecting from my iOS device to my Windows 10 PC. I have been through the KB articles on optimizing Parallels for the iOS device. I have a strong internet connection (local LAN) - i am not streaming video or doing anything network intensive. I get constant connection drops from my iOS device
