Hi Parallels Team, I have a new MBP 2016 model and using a USB C adaptor to HDMI to a second screen. Almost everytime I plug it in my screens go distorted making them unusable. I have 16gb of RAM (8 GB dedicated to Virtual machine). Running Win 7. I am running this full screen. Only happpened since upgrading Parallels to latest version. I can occasionally fix it by unplugging and replugging in. I must note that Native Mac environment is fine. It is only the virtual machine. Please help as this is sending me crazy! Thanks, Liam
@LiamF Hello! Please follow the steps and see it helps. 1. Shut down the virtual machine. 2. Open virtual machine configuration-> Switch to the Hardware tab -> Select the Video (Graphics) option in the left pane. 3. In the right pane, increase the video memory to 768MB. (Don't close the config window yet) 4. Under Hardware tab> extend Advanced settings > 3D acceleration > Direct X 9 Keep us posted after referring to these steps.
