'Unity" button?

Hi, would it nice if there was a 'unity' button like in VMWare?

There is such button - 5-th from the start of toolbar.

WimDS, the button is on the right side panel in Parallels window. There are "Stop", "Pause", "Start" buttons and the fifth one from the top is "Coherence" button. It's active when your VM is running.
