I try to run parallels and every time I run it I get a Mac error saying the program failed to launch. I want to uninstall parallels and reinstall it. How do I do this without losing my VMs?

I tried re-installing parallels over an existing install and it failed to launch.

    Hello,

Parallels Desktop for Mac distribution provides an Uninstaller application for easy product uninstallation.
Please note, that Parallels Uninstaller application does not remove Virtual Machines from your Macintosh HD. But you can back up your VMs just in case. To do it just copy .hdd and .pvs file from your VM folder.
To find Uninstaller application, if you have a Parallels Desktop for Mac CD, please insert it into your Mac CD/DVD drive. The Uninstaller application is there.
If you have previously downloaded Parallels Desktop for Mac from the web site as a .dmg package, please double-click it. Once the .dmg package is mounted, you will see an Uninstaller application there.

If you still have this problem, please write me back.

    Best regards,
    Stacey
