I am having a very tough time trying to get this product to work. After numerous failures with Win95 I decided to uninstall Parallels and re-install it from the original disk. I had downloaded the latest upgrade after installing from disk.
First I used the uninstall program on the disk. It killed the program ok but left all the other parallels files on my disk and library.
    I deleted all that stuff.
When trying to re-install I get a prompt telling me that there is already a newer version installed on my hd and then it tells me ...."there is nothing to install" and forces me to quit.
Now I have no program running and I can't re-install!
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I just faced this problem. Do a search to find the other thread about uninstalling. The key point was that you have to use the uninstaller that comes with the newer version, not the uninstaller that came on your original disk. Once you uninstall with the newer uninstaller, you can then go back to the old version.

    Hope that helps.
