hi, I used PD4 6 months, and worked great. since 10.X parallels desktop is broken, i don't know why. virtual machine don't run. i see text: 'unable to run the paralles drivers, restart your mac' I want to remove parallels desktop 4 from my mac, and I cannot. Uninstaller doesn't work, I clicked twice and nothing happend. I cannot make re-installation too! why? help!
