Hi, I just wanted to test parallels, found out it didn't work for certain apps, and uninstalled it again. Bootcamp was installed before, but after uninstalling parallels I can't boot into windows anymore... hitting the alt key at startup does not do anything anymore...

    Please Help!

From system preferences, click on startup disk and check to see if "Windows" still exists.

Did you even attempt to select this as your startup drive and then restart OS X?

No, because I didn't want to be stuck with XP only with every boot. I just updated bootcamp and reinstalled it. Everything is working fine now.

    Thanks,

From within Windows, you could go to Control Panel, choose startup disk, and then pick your OS X partition and reboot.
