Unexpectedly Quits

    Hi All
    I have a user, running an IMac 20 inch, 2.16 GHZ, 1GB RAM who's Parallels is unexpectedly quitting four to five times a day?? Anybody have any ideas what could cause this. His OS is 10.4.9. The build version of Parallels is 3188 (March 7, 2007)

    Any clues anybody, I'm new to this software and am having problems diagnosing this issue.

    which guest operating system
    and how much ram allocated?

    i have never seen this on my MacBook Pro with 2gb physical RAM and about 500 mb to my WinXp sp 2 VM

    Hi Hugh,

    Guest system is XP SP2, with 512mb RAM allocated. He doesn't really use his Mac interface often, in fact very rarely. Little confused by this as all of my other users have had no stability issues. Any help would be highly appreciated.
