Hello, I have been using the account under [email protected] and renewing it annually since around 2021 through regular payments. However, due to issues with the domain hosting my email, the [email protected] account has recently been deleted, which means I am no longer able to receive any emails sent to that address. As a result, I am unable to receive the verification email required by Parallels' website for browser authentication, making it impossible for me to manage my account and payments. Therefore, I have created a new account ([email protected]) specifically to post this message on the forum.
