I'm trying to activate an expired subscription due to invalid payment. Whenever I try to access payment options, I get booted to a page like this. Trying to enter the verification and click "Send new link via email" doesn't work. I never receive the email (checked all inboxes including spam folder).
Hello, The email used to registered your Parallels Desktop license is not the same as the billing address.
