I attempted to start Parallels, and the app on my Windows 7 PC just hangs on the "Turning on" initial screen. I've searched the forums and web for a solution, I've re-installed the application to no avail.
@DougR2, you may try to give you VM one more CPU (in VM config) and check the compatibility of your application using the following steps: 1.right click on the app and choose "properties" 2. then click on the Compatibility tab and change the Compatibility mode to the Windows 7 OS Except for that could you provide us with the app, which you run on you Windows 7 in order to reproduce the issue on our side.
