I run an Imac quad core i5 and I'm having some issues. This function worked perfectly for me when I had just normal Windows XP home edition installed, coherence was beautiful, sleek and awesome. Then I switched it to window mode, popped in my upgrade CD to upgrade it to Windows XP pro, and everything worked perfectly as far as the install process goes. But then I tried switching back to coherence mode and I receive the following error message: The Parallels mouse synchronization service is not started. Reinstall Parallels Tools and try again. And yes, I have tried reinstalling the tools, many many times, that whole process goes smoothly, it says windows needs to restart, so it restarts, and it still wont switch to coherence mode. I'm currently in the process of installing all my windows updates and I'm hoping some of those fix the problem. But while browsing through the forums it seems like a lot of people are having issues with this.
