Unable to start Coherence

    • Got new iMac 27" late 2015 running El Capitan 10.11.3
    • Transferred everything from old Mac, upgraded to Windows 10, still running Parallels 10, now updated and reactivated.
    • Problem ID is 15232. Sent problem report to Parallels.
    • Cannot disable Avast antivirus: does not show in Finder Applications, and cannot be started from Launchpad.
    • "Or you can add "coherence.exe" and "prl_hook.dll" in antivirus exclusions." Where do I do that, and will it help?
    • By the way, while installing Windows 10, the name remained Windows 7, but it shows correctly as Windows 10 above it. Does that have an impact on the problem of Coherence?
    • Appreciate your help.
