Unable to start any game at all on Windows 7 VM

Tried searching for "enable Directx" option in the video configuration but it wasn't there. Need a little help here, because i tried all means possible and still isn't solving the problem. Thanks.

 

Which PD version do you have?

 

Pd 7

I'm currently using PD 7

 

try to go to VM configuration --> Hardware --> Video make sure you have 3D enabled and try to increase video memory

 

Still unable to start game

Already enabled 3D, and set video memory to the max. Whenever i start a game, it closes immediately. Desperately need help.. Thanks.

 

is it a freshly installed VM? go on and reinstall Parallels Tools from the Virtual Machine menu --> Reinstall parallels tools
