Unable to see products on dashboard - can't cancel/renew/change payment

    Am unable to see my products on the only email I have used to create an account and register my parallel too.

    Tells me its registered to another account, yet expects me to renew on my card in 4 days.

    How do I get to actually see my product and change payment details as the dashboard doesn't show a product to change.
