Unable to see network server Windows XP SP3, Netware Client 4.91 SP4

Running Parallels desktop Version 12.1.2 (41525) macOS Sierra, mac mini late 2012
Window XP SP3, Netware Client 4.91 SP4
I installed the NW client the same as on physical hardware, on boot up xp sails right past the login screen and goes to a desktop. Right clicking the client and selecting "Login" brings up the login window. When I click on "advanced"> Servers, no server appears.

Server is Netware 3.12 and connects on IPX "bindery". Parallels network setting is ethernet bridged, and my network cable is plugged into the ethernet port.

Any Thoughts?
