The credit card that was on my account was no longer valid. I updated the card info. I seem to be stuck in some kind of a loop where I an update my payment information but I am not able to make a payment to renew my subscription. I also tried Paypal but had the same results. What do I need to do to renew my subscription? Thanks in advance, Bob
Never mind. I just got a receipt that the payment went through. Now I hope I didn't add years onto my subscription with each charge attempt. Not the best UX with this process. I have other products with yearly subscriptions that were on Cleverbridge and moved to other services for a number of reasons. Maybe it's time for a re-evaluation of your service provider. Bob

I received an email about 20 minutes after my first attempt. Not sure if that was the attempt that went through. Good luck!
