Unable to register product with my account

    I've bought one copy of parallels desktop 6 for mac (Simplified Chinese Edtion) via Revo Online Store.
    When I'm trying to register the product with my account, I always get an error message whith says the product was already registered with another account.
    I tried to change my account email to some others, the error message shows up as before.
    Anyone can help me with this problem? I can't get the support code without register.

    My problem is similar. I bought Parallels 6 on Aug. 06, 2011 and installed it on my IMac with Snow Leopard. After upgrading to Lion, Parallels ceased to function. The Apple Store reformatted my IMac and reinstalled Snow Leopard and Parallels 6. Now they told me to upgrade Parallels to the latest build, but I cannot do it, because I never received a Support Code. I tried to do a new registration of Parallels, but the message is that the product is already registered to another user, which is impossible, since I am the only one to use this computer. What can I do to upgrade Parallels 6 to the latest build and make the virtual machine work in the Imac?
