Unable to perform the operation This license key is associated with another Parallels account.

Parallels prompts me for my activation key, and when I enter the key from my email and purchase - I receive an error message
"Unable to perform the operation. This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."

I paid the yearly renewal and do not have any access to Parallels.
