Unable to move licence to new device

    I have version Desktop Pro 20.3.2 up-and-running on my old device.
    Installed Parallels on the new device. I successfully log-in, with the same account as on the old one. During activation, it recognises that the licence is used on device and offers to deactivate the old and activate on the new. Then I get the message that "This licence key is associated with another Parallels account." I can provide screenshot (what ever logs, config, etc. you need) to show how the same licence key is registered and currently in use in the old device. Can you help me in transferring the licence to the new device?
