Unable to log into Windows 8.1 with corporate credentials

I joined the local account to the corporate domain successfully. However, I added my corporate account, made it an administrator, then logged out of the local account. I then went to "Other" and entered in my credentials (It shows the appropriate domain) but will not allow me to log in. I receive a message that says "The username or password is incorrect. Try again" but I am sure my credentials are correct.

My colleague was able to login with their corporate credentials on my machine but I am unable to. Tech support has no clue what is wrong either. This is an urgent issue please advise me, thank you.
