    Dear Support Team,
    after installing Parallels 18 on my Mac M3, I am unable to log in using the credentials I have. I receive an error indicating that the login details are incorrect.
    However, I can confirm that the same credentials work correctly when accessing the website directly.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
