Unable to find licence key

    Have a new laptop and am trying to install parallels on it but am unable to find my original licence key associated with my email. Any advice on how to find this ? Thanks

    Can you please share the email address which you used while purchasing Parallels Desktop?
    Under your current email address, we can find a legacy Parallels Desktop 11 license key
