Unable to download applications

I have just reinstalled Plesk and when I go to add an application the download bar just sits there at zero. Am totally lost as to what to do about it, I have a database setup for the site but am still having the problem.

I could not find the parallels access in the android playstore. Tried to download the apps from google play but message appears " the device is not compatible with the apps" my sony tablet uses up to date android version 4.0.3 . Same to the apple apps store for my iPad. Please help

 

Correctios. Not apple apps store. Google play from my iPad. No parallels access apps found in the app store

 

I think you did not download the application fully, Please re-try to download in separate folders and then installed it, I am sure it will work ...
