After following the article http://kb.parallels.com/en/117142 to uninstall Parallels Access I now get the error Unable to Connect Sound1 and Unable to connect Mixer 1 in my Windows 7 install. Your system is pristine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels Tools but still have the issue. Can anyone help?
Hello Jason43, Please try creating an empty Virtual Machine and map the hard disk of your original Windows Virtual Machine to the empty one. Follow the steps as suggested at: http://kb.parallels.com/121578 to transfer hard drive from the virtual machine to empty one.
