I am new to Parallels Desktop 6, I recently purchase the software and installed Windows 7 in it. After installing window 7 onto my iMac then I reboot my computer, it appears to say: Unable to connect to Parallels Service. Make sure that the prl_disp_service process is active and it is not blocked by Firewall. For details, please refer to http://kb.parallels.com/8089. If the problem persists, contact the Parallels support team for assistance. I followed the tread, http://kb.parallels.com/8089 and enter the command and the respond is launchctl stop error: No such process Please Help, Alan
