Unable to connect to Parallels Service. - Version 6

    I've been using Version 6 for over 3 months flawlessly on Mac Mini.
    Suddenly, one day I get this error when invoking Parallels.
    I read up on the KB and found that I can Uninstall/Reinstall to resolve the issue.
    After Uninstall/Reinstall, it works.
    Then I restart or shutdown and when I got to start Parallels...the same thing.
    What's going on here?
    Do I have some virus that is causing this?
    I have Parallels working on another machine (MBP13) with no issue.

    Solved:

    Opened ticket with support who had me use Disk Utility to verify and repair disk and permissions. The disk was okay but the permissions needed lots of repair. After repair and reinstall of PD6, all was well. thank you PD support.
