Unable to connect to Hard Disk 1

    Hello. I really need to buy Parallels for me, i work with many microsoft apps but i use a macbook. So,downloaded a free version of parallels to test, but I have a error: "Unable to connect to Hard Disk 1 parallels"

    I have an macbook m1 16gb
