I am trying to reset my password but I am unable to because I don't have access to the authenticator app configured on my account. I have rescue codes but the web site provides no way to use them that I can see.
To clarify, I was able to reset my password using a rescue code but even after I successfully login to my account, I can make no changes because all changes are locked out by the authenticator app. Can't even cancel my account.
