Hello, I want to run a repair install of XP on a VM that already has XP installed on it, but I am unable to get the VM to recognize and boot from the CD that I'm using. I've tried to get the VM to boot from both the CD, and from an image of the CD. I've verified that the CD is bootable in a PC. What should I do next? Thanks, Kelly
Did you change boot sequense into VM configuration? CDROM must be first item. If you have not this option you will boot from damaged HDD partition. Also, set CDROM drive to IDE address 0:1.
