Hi, I got a new macbook and I'm trying to register my licence key on it but got the following Error message : Unable to active Parallels Desktop, please verify that you have enter the activation code correctly. I have received the licence purchased by my company and my work email address but I have activate it with my personal email address (that I used for the trial period). I have realised that the registered key doesn't appear under my pivate address parallels account and so I can'r contact the support about my issue. Now parallels doens't work on both old and new macbook which is very annoying. Can someone help? Thanks
